About the Role
Pinsent Masons' Dubai gateway programme is suitable for those who wish to become England & Wales qualified and individuals who are qualifying, or have already qualified, in other Middle East jurisdictions, at the early stages of their career, looking to build their experience.
Throughout the programme you’ll gain broad exposure to different areas of the firm by moving seat every six months. The training in each seat is ‘front loaded’ to enable you to quickly develop legal knowledge of each area and take on real responsibility. When you have completed the programme, you’ll be better informed about which practice areas interest you and can take your career to the next level in your chosen specialism.
Requirements
Eligibility
Have a long-term connection to the Middle East (i.e. a long term resident or national of a Middle East country).
You have graduated with, or reached the final year of, a law degree, or you are currently completing a law conversion course e.g. PGDL or beyond.
You have achieved, or are on track to achieve, a minimum 3.0 GPA (equivalent to a 2:1 or higher).
If you are already qualified, you are expected to meet the following criteria but not essential:
You are a qualified lawyer in another jurisdiction.
You have at least 2 years postgraduate experience in a legal role.
